I did get my refund in the end, so that was good, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kinda slow tbh.

The hat itself is good quality and I’m happy with how it looks, but the shipping cost felt a little high. I’ve ordered similar hats from other shops where shipping was cheaper, so that stood out to me. Still a solid purchase overall

I tried to exchange my order, but the whole process was frustrating. I reached out and then just... didn’t hear anything for days. Maybe I got unlucky, but it really put me off. I don’t think I’d want to deal with this again.

Maybe it’s just me, but the prices seem high for what you’re actually getting. I’ve seen similar hats for less elsewhere, so I’m not really sure the value is there. For me, it just doesn’t feel worth the price...

I wanted to like this hat, but the sizing was just... not right. It showed up way too tight on me, even though I ordered the size I thought would fit. Maybe it works for others, but for me...

They had a really nice selection and there were a lot of styles to look through, I ended up finding a hat that actually fits my style and I’m happy with it

Ughhh, the packaging was bad. The box was super flimsy and was already half open when it got here, so my hat ended up bent on one side. For what I paid, I really expected at least a little padding or something. Yeeah, I won’t be ordering again

I ordered a cap from hatshopping.com what a letdown. The fabric felt super thin, like it was trying to cosplay as a real hat, and the stitching was already coming loose right out of the box. After wearing it once, the shape went all weird too, truly a little floppy disaster. For the price, I expected something way better than this bargain-bin masterpiece. Definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: I had a question about my order and messaged customer service because I wasn’t really sure what was going on with the tracking.
They got back to me the next day and explained everything clearly. It wasn’t an instant reply, but it was still reasonable, and the person I spoke with was friendly.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking info was confusing at first, so don’t panic if yours looks a little off. Customer service did sort it out for me, but it’s something buyers should be aware of.

I felt kind of pressured trying to get through the site because I had to keep clicking around just to find sizes, and the filters kept resetting on me. Checkout eventually worked, but using the site on my phone felt clunky and more stressful than it needed to be.
